Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the TTD777 platform, available at ttd777.cam ("Platform", "Site", "we", "us", "our"). Acceptance of Terms

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;

Account Eligibility

4.1 Age Requirement. Registration and use of the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the applicable license jurisdiction. 4.4 Single Account Policy. You may hold only one registered account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods or device identifiers — is a material breach of these Terms. Any duplicate account and associated balances are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture.

4.5 Exclusion List. Individuals who are employees, contractors, agents or immediate family members of TTD777 or its affiliated operators are not eligible to participate in real-money wagering or claim promotional offers.

Account Registration

5.1 To access full Platform features, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as required by the registration form, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number.

• Do not access your account over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks.
• Regularly review your account transaction history for any unrecognised activity.

Identity Verification (KYC)

6.1 TTD777 may require you to complete identity verification procedures at any stage of your account lifecycle, including but not limited to: upon registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, when a deposit threshold is reached, or when required by anti-money laundering (AML) or counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations.

6.2 Standard KYC documentation may include:

• A valid, unexpired government-issued photo identity document (e.g., CNIC, passport);

Deposits & Payments

7.1 All funds deposited into your TTD777 account must originate from a payment source that is legitimately owned and controlled by you. Deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous sources or sources linked to unlawful activity are strictly prohibited.

7.2 Pakistan Payment Methods — Contextual Reference. Certain Pakistan-based payment providers — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be listed as contextual reference on this Platform. The availability of any specific method is determined solely by the operator's live cashier at the time of deposit. 7.3 It is your responsibility to:

8.2 All withdrawal requests are subject to:

• Successful completion of KYC verification;
• The absence of any active account investigation or security hold;

• Compliance with all applicable terms, conditions and operator policies.

Betting & Gaming Rules

Prohibited Conduct

11.1 The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the TTD777 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

11.2 TTD777 reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of this section and to take appropriate action, which may include account suspension, balance forfeiture, withholding of withdrawal requests and referral to relevant authorities.

Responsible Gambling

12.1 TTD777 is committed to providing an environment that supports responsible gambling. Gambling must be treated as entertainment and not as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses.

12.2 The Platform makes available — and strongly encourages Users to use — the following responsible gambling tools where offered by the operator:

13.4 The TTD777 name, logo and all associated trademarks and service marks are proprietary to TTD777. You are not granted any right or licence to use any TTD777 trademark without prior written authorisation.

Limitation of Liability

14.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TTD777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

14.2 TTD777 makes no representation or warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk.

14.3 TTD777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of fees or deposits paid by you to TTD777 in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14.5 Informational Disclaimer. All content on the TTD777 Platform is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Amendments to These Terms

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

16.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TTD777 is incorporated or licensed to operate, as applicable.

16.2 In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting TTD777's support team at [email protected]. TTD777 will endeavour to acknowledge and respond to formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

16.3 If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts identified in the applicable operating licence jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law in your country of residence requires otherwise.

16.4 Pakistan Users. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a representation that these Terms are governed by, or that any dispute will be resolved under, Pakistani law. Users in Pakistan are responsible for understanding the legal framework applicable to their own use of the Platform.
